1. Abstract

이번 experiment(실험)은 Transformation (형질전환)에 대해 알아보기 위해 재조합된 Recombinant DNA를 Competent cell에 넣고, 배지에서 생성된 colony를 觀察(관찰) 하였다. 마지막으로 유전형질을 전달하는 3가지 방식과 Competent cell을 사용하는 이유에 대해 알아보았다. 이렇게 colony가 형성되지 않은 이유와 형질전환의 효율을 연관지어 생각해보고, colony가 형성되는 원리에 상대하여 알아보았다.
